      <description>&lt;p&gt;This post is mainly to remind me how to disable the search indexing.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;On the start screen type: services.msc. Once the service dialog windows opened, look for “Windows Search”. Right click on it, and select Properties. In the Startup type drop-down list, select Disabled.&lt;/p&gt;
