Fix missing icons and ugly theme in Evolution on Kubuntu 11.10
This how Evolution looks like on Kubuntu 11.10 (Oneiric). To fix this, make sure this package is installed: “humanity-icon-theme”, then create $HOME/.config/gtk-3.0/settings.ini.
