In early March this year Sony released version 1.05 firmware for Sony A6500. Today, I found out that Sony has a newer version of the firmware available, 1.06.
This time around, Sony didn’t clearly specify what’s changed in this version beside just one point:
- Improves the overall stability of the camera
To update the firmware, you’ll need either a Windows or a Mac machine. Here is a link to download the firmware from Australian Sony website:
