Fedora 25 has Wayland enabled by default. However, if your computer has a (good) Nvidia graphic card and want to make use of it, you’ll need to switch to Xorg and install the Nvidia proprietary driver.
Note that only the Nvidia driver with the version newer than 375.20 works on Fedora 25.

After installing Mate desktop environment on a fresh FreeBSD 10.2 box, mouse was not working. This is what I have in my /etc/rc.conf:

And that’s all required to be done. If your keyboard is not working in Xorg, you might want to also install
